Zusammenfassung:Recycling of wind turbine blades is an important element for ensuring the sustainability of wind turbines. In this article, technologies of recycling of wind turbine blades (for currently used blades) and possibilities of development of new recyclable blade generation are discussed. The recent developments in the pyrolysis and solvolysis technologies of the currently used glass fiber/epoxy blades, and the potential of blades from thermoplastic and recyclable polymers are reviewed.
