Zusammenfassung: | In order to better evaluate water quality, a solid-phase extraction (SPE) method combined with derivatization and GC–MS was developed for the simultaneous determination of nine C4–C9 alkylphenols (APs) and bisphenol A (BPA) in water and the cartridge type, elution solvent and many experimental conditions were determined by the optimization experiments. HLB cartridge, acetone and dichloromethane were selected as the extraction medium and elution solvent, respectively. The pH value of water sample, loading rate and elution rate were 1–2, 5 mL/min and 1 mL/min, respectively. When the cartridge volume was 500 mg/6 mL and the sample volume was 500 mL, the optimal maximum concentration of target compounds in water sample should be 20 µg/L. The developed method showed good linearity (R>0.998), low limit of detection (LOD, 0.002–0.007 µg/L) and satisfactory recoveries (73.3%–112%). The concentration distribution of target compounds in four different surface water samples of Dongying City was obtained using this method. Compared with the other three water samples, the concentration of 4-nonylphenol (4NP) in Xiaoqing River was close to the quality limit value of European water, which required the local environmental protection department to keep monitoring and controlling of APs and BPA in Xiaoqing River water.
