Zusammenfassung:•Energy storage heterojunction has broad-spectrum degradation capability in the dark.•The S-scheme interface electric field enhances piezoelectric effect of heterojunction.•Under NIR, the double LSPR effect enhanced photocatalytic ability of heterojunction. Hydrothermal heterogeneous nucleation forms S-scheme BiOBr@Bi2O2(CO3)1-xNx heterojunction energy storage materials. Interface electric field makes intrinsic polarization electric field of BiOBr and Bi2O2(CO3)1-xNx form a series polarization electric field, which enhances its polarization electric field and piezoelectric effect. Its d33 value is 4.30 nm·V−1, and 67.73 μmol·g−1 electrons and 84.72 μmol·g−1 holes are stored. Under darkness for 50 min, its degradation rates for ciprofloxacin, tetracycline, and bisphenol A were 79.13 %, 48.84 %, and 86.54 %, respectively, which showed circulation stability and repair ability. Electrons and holes stored in near infrared light form double local surface plasmon resonance effect to generate hot electrons and hot holes, BiOBr photogenerated electrons and Bi2O2(CO3)1-xNx photogenerated holes are continuously supplemented by piezoelectric effect, and the degradation rates of ciprofloxacin, tetracycline, and bisphenol A are 62.43 %, 68.6 % and 88.34 % respectively after 25 min. This work provides a new idea for preparing energy storage catalyst with broad-spectrum degradation ability in dark-full spectrum.
