Zusammenfassung: | Panchagavya was successfully prepared using five individual indigenous cow products using fermentation technology. The prepared panchagavya was subjected to standard biochemical procedures, GCMS, and FTIR analysis that revealed the presence of medicinally important compounds. Furthermore, the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) and FRAP (ferric-reducing antioxidant power) assays reveals that the panchagavya has better antioxidant activity. Moreover, they compressed the potent cytotoxic effect on MDA-MB-231 (a breast cancer cell line). The antibacterial and antibiofilm activity evidenced that the panchagavya obstructed the growth of bacterial biofilm such as Gram-positive E. faecalis, L. monocytogenes, B. subtilis, and Gram-negative P. aeruginosa, S. sonnei, and P. vulgaris. Thereupon, the panchagavya can be brought into the field of biomedical and pharmaceutical applications.
