Zusammenfassung: | The acoustic wave propagation is studied in a partitioned duct with porous boundaries, with emphasis on the effect of porous material in the calculations by FEM. There are several models of the porous materials in simulation softwares like COMSOL, but the necessary parameters are not generally known for porous material which are products for business. This paper describes a method which estimate the parameters of porous material in COMSOL, using the sound absorption coefficients measured in impedance tube. The present study investigates numerically and experimentally the performance of partitioned ducts with right-angled corners, applied for noise reduction in places having a deafening noise of high frequency. |
