Zusammenfassung: | Under investigation in this paper is a higher-order nonlinear Schrödinger equation in an optical fiber. Based on the symbolic computation and generalized Darboux transformation, we derive the rogue wave solutions for this equation. Propagation and interaction properties of the rogue waves are discussed. We see that peaks of the higher-order rogue waves could change to different shapes, and the rogue waves will be split under certain variable coefficients. |
