Zusammenfassung:A new glucoside, 1 R ,3 S -dihydroxy-1-(4′-hydroxyphenylethyl)cyclohexane-5- O -β - D -glucopyranoside, was isolated from the fruit along with retusin, 3,5-diacetoxy-1,7- bis (3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)heptane, 5-hydroxy-3,7,4′-trimethoxyflavone, and kumatakenin from the rhizomes of Amomum celsum Lamxay & M.F. Newman, Zingiberaceae. Their structures were determined by means of high resolution-mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
