Zusammenfassung:Bilateral femoral neck fractures are uncommon. Although they might result from a traumatic episode, they are generally associated with some underlying conditions predisposing to this type of fractures, such as neurological disorders or bone metabolism diseases. We present an 83-year-old woman with severe osteoporosis who had a bilateral femoral neck fracture treated with simultaneous bilateral hemiarthroplasty.
