Zusammenfassung: | This article describes a new, simple and efficient digital workflow for full arch complex cases involving multiple extractions, removal of misplaced or biologically compromised implants, new implant placement and immediate loading protocols with provisional restorations. This approach allows clinician to perform implant guided surgery within two appointments and to integrate previously placed implants into the prosthetic plan whenever possible, in order to reduce morbidity and chairside time. For that means, the S.I.M. approach is presented, whose initials stand for: splint scan (S), implant integration (I) and mock-up loading (M). |
