Zusammenfassung: | Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have attracted wide attention of researchers in the last 20 years because of its essential role in countless applications. In this context, few research works were interested by WSN deployment problem in smart buildings, even though, most of them consider two or three objectives from the most known in this area (coverage, cost, connectivity), and without considering the sensors and sinks in the same time. In this paper, we dealt with the problem of WSN deployment in an indoor environment. Our goal is to propose and develop a multi-objective deployment strategy named MoEA-DeployWSN-SB, that would establish an efficient scheme of sensor positions that can offer good quality of service. Our approach uses multi objective evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs) to get near optimal solution for WSN deployment problem where all necessary objectives are integrated. A comparative study between three of these algorithms was performed. Obtained results showed the interest of the proposed methodologies. |
