Zusammenfassung: | Epoxy/ES composites have been prepared. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to study the microstructure of this composite; the results showed that the composites, epoxy/3% ES and epoxy/4% ES, have a crystalline structure. Effects of volume fraction of natural filler as chicken eggshell (ES) powder on thermal stability, glass transition, and thermal conductivity of epoxy resin have been studied. The epoxy with (4% ES) powder volume fraction of loading shows a good result for composite thermal insulation compared with other volume fractions. |
