Zusammenfassung:Tumours arising from the Skene glands (periurethral glands) are rare. Although most show prostate-specific antigen (PSA) immunoreactivity, occasional tumours can be immunonegative. We herein describe a PSA immunonegative Skene gland carcinoma in a 61-year-old lady that posed a diagnostic challenge pre-operatively necessitating an extensive immunohistochemical panel for confirmation. A brief review of literature follows.
