Zusammenfassung:	An exchange between competitors of secret information concerning the current or planned price-setting behaviour vis-à-vis a common customer in violation of antitrust law gives rise to the empirical principle in favour of this customer that the prices achieved on this basis are on average higher than those that would have been formed without the restriction of competition (continuation of decision of the Federal Supreme Court of 13 April 2021 KZR 19/20 = WRP 2021, 1588 para. 26 LKW-Kartell II with further references).
