Zusammenfassung:The research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the impact of Green human resource management (GHRM) on implementing lean soft practices in the service sector, specifically in Jordanian service organizations. This study examines the role of organizational flexibility in this dynamic as a mediating component. An extensive Part Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling examination is offered to 399 service sector workers in Amman, Jordan. The research findings have a positive and significant effect of GHRM on lean soft practice implementation. This will help improve the efficacy of GHRM in embracing such practices due to its crucial role and organizational flexibility. This underscores the requirement to embrace flexibility and adoption as essential components of effective organizational integration strategies GHRM. ‘The study provides a foundation for the links between GHRM and Organizational Flexibility. This underlies the importance of harnessing human resources in green efforts by providing a flexible work environment. The study results encourage practitioners and decision-makers in the service industry to actively consider workers’ perceptions when shaping organizational structures and cultures, giving more excellent value to ones directly supporting pro-environmental behavior. This approach will enable lean software processes to have a more profound impact and drive organizations toward environmentally and socially responsible practices, giving them the power to contribute.
