Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this work is to study the effect of different heat treatments on the microstructural features and hardness properties of 3.25 wt% Si steel. The results show that the morphology of austenite phase as well as the distribution and size of MnS inhibitors are strongly related to the temperature and time duration of the heat treatment. In addition, the most important parameter, which controls the hardness of silicon steel ingots during high-temperature annealing is the grain size of the steel. Based on the results, the optimized pre-rolling homogenization heat treatment of 3.25 wt% Si steel has been recommended. |
