Zusammenfassung: | A type of integrated circuit called a programmable logic device is used to design and reconfigure different sequential and combinational circuits. In the present manuscript, binary-coded decimal to seven segment display decoder is proposed using silicon microring resonator-based programmable logic device. The microring resonator-based devices are working by employing the methodology of pump-probe configuration. A numerical simulation is used to verify the switching speed of nearly 260 Gbps of the proposed circuit. In order to enable the actual implementation of the suggested design for optical computing, the design’s optimized parameters have been carefully chosen. |
