multi-degree of freedom vehicle model. The use of CarSim
®
multi-degree of freedom vehicle model rather than simple vehicle models replicates fully the actual car. A parametric study acts as the starting point and enumerates the sensitivity link between a particular maneuver and one or more vehicle response parameters. Later the estimated vehicle handling parameters are verified with different maneuvers, to underline the consistency of the prediction. |
