Zusammenfassung: | WC-10Ni/AgCuTi coatings with WC composition ratios of 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80% were prepared on the surface of Cu-ETP by vacuum brazing. The brazing temperature was 900°C. The micromorphology, internal structure, hardness and shear strength were studied. The results show that the coatings obtained under different composition ratios were well combined. When the WC ratio increased, the deposition and stratification of WC particles improved when pores and cracks significantly increased. Ti mainly diffused in the coating and interface layer, and it hardly diffused to the substrate. Ag and Cu also diffused in the coating and interface layer. W precipitated during the brazing process with a small amount of WC particles precipitating to the interface layer, and W was hardly found in the substrate. The cross section hardness test shows that when the WC composition ratio was 70%, the maximum hardness was 238.1 HV
0.3
, and the shear strength test shows that when the WC composition ratio was 60%, the maximum shear strength was 159.8MPa. |
