Zusammenfassung:The effects of CaTiO 3 addition on the microstructure, phase formation, and dielectric properties of MgO-TiO 2 -ZnO ceramics were investigated. The sintering temperature of CaTiO 3 -doped (Mg 0.63 Zn 0.37 )TiO 3 ceramics can be lowered to 1290°C when the additive is used. The dielectric properties are found to be strongly correlated with the amount of CaTiO 3 addition. At 1290°C, (Mg 0.63 Zn 0.37 )TiO 3 ceramic with 1.0 mol% CaTiO 3 exhibited a dielectric constant ε r of 23.3, dielectric loss tan  δ of 1 × 10 −5 , and temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of 10 ppm/°C.
