= 500:50 at a total pressure of P = 0.6 bar enhances the peak emission power maintaining the temporary pulse shape. An output beam intensity of 12.3 MW/cm

was obtained for the 30 ns pulse at a laser efficiency of 2.8%. In a compact TEA СО
2
-laser with an active medium volume of 6 cm
3
, a beam with an output intensity of 24 MW/cm
2
at pulse duration of 70 ns was obtained. |
