Zusammenfassung:Novel derivatives of 4-(vinylsulfonyl)pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acids inhibit the exposure of phosphatidylserine by platelets upon activation with thrombin. The heterocyclic inhibitors were synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of divinyl sulfone to azomethine ylides followed by functionalization of the endocyclic nitrogen atom.
