Zusammenfassung:For a more complete description of the Al 2 O 3 –HfO 2 –Er 2 O 3 phase diagram, three vertical sections are constructed in a wide temperature and composition range. The Er 2 O 3 corner bisector shows the Er 2 O 3 -rich region of the ternary phase diagram and reveals the mechanisms of Er 2 O 3 phase transformations: X ⇆ H ⇆ A ⇆ B . The isopleth at 10 mol.% HfO 2 (10H) shows the Al 2 O 3 –HfO 2 –Er 2 O 3 constitution near the Al 2 O 3 –Er 2 O 3 binary bounding system. The HfO 2 corner bisector discovers the HfO 2 -rich region of the ternary phase diagram and the mechanisms of HfO 2 phase transformations: F ⇆ T ⇆ M .
