5
Mn
4
(VO
4
)
6
ceramics were also studied. The Ca
5
Mn
4
(VO
4
)
6
ceramics sintered at 875 °C for 5 h possessed good microwave dielectric properties: ε
r
= 11.2, Q × f = 33, 800 GHz (at 10.5 GHz) and τ
f
= −70 ppm/°C. The material was found to react seriously with Ag when sintered at 875 °C, forming (AgCa
2
)Mn
2
(VO
4
)
3
