Zusammenfassung:Overview Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) due to acetamino- phen overdose and idiosyncratic drug reactions usually occurs 5-90 days after exposure to the causative drug. Ninety percent of DILI cases are acute. As one of the most common non-infectious liver diseases, DILI represents a growing challenge for clinicians. According to data from WHO , DILI is the fifth leading cause of liver disease mortality.
