Zusammenfassung:At present, there are still some obstacles in the development of China’s construction projects, such as low information transmission efficiency, poor information coordination and sharing, and low value of information utilization. Based on this, the BIM architecture is described and applied. This paper uses the SURAIN model algorithm. The conceptual model of information integration management with data layer, information model layer and functional application layer as the core in distributed network environment is constructed and verified. The results show that the functional design of the BIM information integration management system platform for building information is conducive to the improvement of building information transmission efficiency and accuracy.
