Zusammenfassung:In the paper, we investigate dynamic properties of the wideband optical filter on the basis of nonlinear photonic crystal. An all-optical flip-flop using ultra-short pulses with duration lower than 200 fs is found in such filters and has been investigated. Switching on and switching off dynamics is considered in detail. There have been carried out studies of the stability of the PhC nonlinear filter with respect to variation of the operating wavelength and radiation intensity.
