Seamless cooling coils for absorption columns

The seamless coil, developed by the M.V. Frunze Sunny Machinery Manufacturing Association, consists of 5 packets arranged evenly over the column section. Each packet consists of separate solid-drawn tubes whose length in the straightened form does not exceed the length of the tubes manufactured by the industry (not more than 7 m). The economic benefit from seamless coil manufacture is achieved by reducing their metal content, using advanced technology, interchangeability of the major components, and reducing volume of welding operations.
