Zusammenfassung:	Based on new requirements arising from a basic redesign of the oil collection, transport, and preparation systems, commercial production was organized of standardized normal series of automated separator blocks of type UBS with preliminary gas collection. A sketch is provided of this separator, and its operation is described. Technical characteristics of different separators of the UBS series are shown.
