Zusammenfassung: | As domestic and foreign practice in the design and operation of atomic electric power plants (AEPP) shows, ruptures of large pipes, collectors, and vessels pose the greatest potential radiation hazard among all equipment failures. A quantitative analysis of their reliability becomes an obligatory part of evaluating the reliability of a plant as a whole at the design stage. The results of an investigation of the reliability of the pipes and vessels of an AEPP are presented. 6 refs. |
