Zusammenfassung:This paper investigates a mechanism of generation of electromagnetic radiation from artificial plasma turbulence in the ionosphere. The radiation occurs during scattering of plasma waves at plasma density inhomogeneities highly elongated along the magnetic field. The plasma waves and inhomogeneities develop during the action of high-power radio transmission on the ionosphere as a result of thermal parametric instability. The wide spectrum of the radiation is explained by the induced scattering of plasma waves at ions. The dependence of the radiation intensity on its frequency and pump wave intensity is determined. The results are in satisfactory agreement with experimental observations of stimulated ionospheric radiation.
