Zusammenfassung: | The authors discuss new developments in industrial low-temperature thermometry, such as the low-temperature thermal converter TSPN-0381 of the second category which has been developed and prepared for serial production by the Special Design Bureau of microelectronics in instrument making. A resistance converter of increased precision TSP-0181 for temperature measurements in a pipeline, which contains the resistance thermal converter TSPN-0381 as the sensitive element 1, was also developed. Main technical characteristics of the developed thermal conductors are shown. Besides studying the resistance thermometry field, other temperature methods were examined such as the noise thermometry method. |
