Zusammenfassung: | This article compares the design operating indexes of the LCh-35-11 reformer on KR-series multimetallic catalysts at a pressure of 1.5 MPa with the operating indexes of a high-pressure L-35-11 unit. Comparative mean statistical data are presented on the operation of 35-11 type reformers on the AP and KR catalysts, and on the operation of 35-6 and 35-8 type units in the production of aromatic hydrocarbons. The results indicate that when the AP-64 catalyst is replaced by a KR-series catalyst and the working pressure is lowered from 3 to 1.5 MPa, the yield of 95-ON reformer naphtha is increased, and the hydrogen-rich gas recirculation ratio is reduced considerably, owing to the higher stability of the KR-series catalyst. |
