Zusammenfassung: | In connection with the development of materials for equipment for producing a new catalyst in petrochemical engineering, investigations were carried out into the behavior of St3 carbon steel and 08Kh22N6T chrome-nickel steel in nickel nitrate solutions used in this type of production as an activator of the carrier at concentrations of 10, 50, 150, and 250 g/liter. The behavior of steels was determined by the following methods: determination of the corrosion rate on the basis of the mass loss in stirred solutions at 20, 70, and 100{degrees}C over a period of 200 h (simulation of operation of systems with a stirring device), analysis of the dependences of the corrosion current on the stationary potential at 20{degrees}C with recording of the values of the stationary potential after 200 h holding in each solution and calculation of the corrosion current from the corrosion rate. 2 figs. |
