Zusammenfassung: | Previously abstracted from original as item 9205-R.5-0370. A method to calculate the delay cycle number in fatigue crack development after overloading is proposed. The method is based on the principle that crack delay after overloading is stipulated by residual compression stresses. Such stresses are formed as a result of material, which surrounds tensioned plastic zone. Stress intensity factor is used to describe the stress distribution in the zone of overload action. Steel 30KhGSNA and Al D16AT were used. |
