Zusammenfassung:The model describes the relative frequencies at each generation of the four genotypes given by two diallelic loci with linkage and selection in a haploid population. This discrete dynamical system exhibits equilibrium sets which depend on recombination and fitness parameters. The dynamics of the model is analyzed for all selection cases using Liapunov functions and general conclusions are drawn on the geometry and global stability of the equilibrium sets and their regions of attraction.
