Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:A convenient direct injection high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method is introduced and applied to the simultaneous assay of five biologically interesting phenolic antioxidants (catechin, epicatechin, trans-resveratrol, quercetin and rutin) in the most characteristic Greek varietal red wines. Since the growing and winemaking procedures of the examined samples were identical, the observed quantitative differences are related to grape variety and geographical origin.
