Zusammenfassung:The interaction of point defects in piezoelectric materials is studied with specific regard to their capability to migrate and to agglomerate into clusters. For this purpose the basic solution for a point defect is constructed by applying Radon transform which subsequently is used within the concept of configurational forces. At the simple example of two interacting defects the defect behavior and its dependence on the material parameters and the defect configuration with respect to the poling direction is discussed.
