Zusammenfassung:Phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Buddleja macrostachyaresulted in the isolation of seven compounds, including 6‐α‐L‐(2′′‐caffeoyl)rhamnopyranosylcatalpol (1), 6‐α‐L‐(4′′‐O‐trans‐p‐coumaroyl)rhamnopyranosylcatalpol (2), apigenin (3), acacetin‐7‐O‐α‐L‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside (4), mimengoside C (5), buddlejasaponin Ia(6), and buddejasaponin I (7). Their chemical structures were identified based on 1D, 2D NMR, and MS spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the reported data in literature. This is the first time to report the isolation of 6‐α‐L‐(2′′‐caffeoyl)rhamnopyranosylcatalpol and 6‐α‐L‐(4′′‐O‐trans‐p‐coumaroyl)rhamnopyranosylcatalpol from the genus Buddleja.
