In article number 20240021, the authors demonstrate that GMSC derived from patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis shared a similar expression of Immunophenotype with that from health donors. Survived for at least 24 days in a CIA mouse model following injection, RA GMSC reduced the joint histopathological scores of lymphocytes, osteoclasts, and cartilages. RA‐GMSCs were also effective in suppressing inflamed synoviocyte in a humanized synovitis model as health GMSC does. As a new Elixir from RA patients, autologous GMSCs may have a promising therapeutic potential in patients with RA.
