Staff approaches its tasks from the student's perspective

Charlie Couch, University Registrar at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, found when he arrived on campus a decade ago that the university's procedures weren't as student‐centric as they could be. The enrollment management operation in which his office resides has addressed this challenge through a combination of introducing technological enhancements and spearheading initiatives to simplify the student experience.
