Zusammenfassung:Flexible Phototransistors In article number 2400063, Yigit Sozen, Andres Castellanos‐Gomez, and co‐workers propose an eco‐friendly approach for producing flexible, low‐cost phototransistors by integrating PEDOT:PSS and graphite inks on paper. The study provides a detailed electronic and optoelectronic characterization to understand the working principles of paper‐based phototransistors. The resulting devices exhibit high photoresponsivity across a wide spectral range and maintain functionality under high mechanical strain.
