Zusammenfassung: | There are quite a substantial number of impurities reported related to Ibuprofen and Sunitinib. Many published methods are also available for the separation of Ibuprofen and its impurities. However, the isolation of these related compounds in handful quantity by separation technique is a tedious, time consuming and cost intensive process. Similarly, to our knowledge, there is no synthetic method available for the amide impurity of Sunitinib. In order to prove the absence or presence of these impurities within the permissible limit, according to different pharmacopoeias, it is pertinent to synthesize each of them.
Saibal Kumar Das, Ravinder Buchikonda, Manoj Kumar Dubey, Anjulika Ghosh and Rakeshwar BandichhorMany published methods are available for the separation of Ibuprofen and its impurities. However, the isolation of these related compounds in handful quantity by separation technique is a tedious, time consuming and cost intensive process. Similarly, to our knowledge, there is no synthetic method available for the amide impurity of Sunitinib. The work describes the novel route of synthesis of five impurities related to Ibuprofen and one impurity related to Sunitinib. |
