Zusammenfassung:The organic photodetector can be integrated with the OLED common layer based on the Oxide TFT OLED backplane. This paper analyzes the influence of OLED Common layer and Active layer on the photoelectric characteristics of the sensor, and compares the photoelectric characteristics of organic sensors with different shapes and sizes to improve the optical‐Electrical characteristic of organic photodetectors and OLED films after matching.
