17‐2: Development of Visionox intelligent Pixelization (ViPTM) Technology in AMOLED Applications

The ViP technology has been evaluated on an internal AMOLED phone display platform with a ppi of 458 by the Gen6 line. In this technology, ViP replaced FMM (Fine Metal Mask) for deposition and patterning. Characterization, simulation, advantages, and future applications of ViP have been discussed.
