Zusammenfassung: | Micro‐LED has natural advantages in brightness, contrast, and
resolution to meet the needs of AR applications. In this talk, we
investigate and optimize process issues on high‐quality Micro‐
LED micro‐display chips. We realized the 3175 PPI silicon‐
CMOS driving Micro‐LEDs with brightness of 3 million nits with
good reliability. We also achieved 0.18‐inch Micro‐LED full‐color
display module with the highest brightness level that can be
achieved in the single‐screen full‐color products on the market. |
