Zusammenfassung: | The on‐line coupling of capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry using a continuous‐flow fast‐atom bombardment system in combination with a liquid‐junction interface is described. The influence of the liquid‐junction coupling on the efficiency and the resolution is investigated. Qualitative analysis of small peptides and quantitative analysis of dextromethorphan is demonstrated with detection limits in the low ng/mL range, indicating the feasibility of the method in bioanalysis. |
