Zusammenfassung:	Nuclear relaxation is considered taking into account electron exchange interaction. An expression for the nuclear relaxation rate is obtained and it is shown that at exact resonance EPR saturation can produce NMR saturation under specified conditions. Es wird die Kernrelaxation untersucht, wobei Elektronenaustauschwechselwirkung berücksichtigt wird. Ein Ausdruck für die Kernrelaxationsrate wird erhalten und es wird gezeigt, daß bei exakter Resonanz EPR‐Sättigung unter bestimmten Bedingungen NMR‐Sättigung hervorrufen kann.
