Zusammenfassung:The behavior of the cubic optical χ(3) nonlinearity module is experimentally studied related to imperfections in CdS. The measured midgap resonance line width exhibits that they are due to structure modifications in undoped monocrystal. Peak signal intensity Is on resonance exceeds about an order of magnitude the background χ NR(3) level. A saturation of the nondegenerate four‐photon mixing signal on optical resonance in CdS is reported. The experimental data are compared with the conventional photoluminescent techniques.
