Zusammenfassung:Hydrogel nanoparticles based on physically crosslinked poly(vinyl alcohol) are obtained via a combination of liposomal templating technique to produce polymer nanoparticles and subsequent non‐cryogenic polymer hydrogelation in aqueousisopropanol as described by Alexander N. Zelikin and co‐workers on page 514. Pristine colloidal hydrogels are stealth‐like whereas co‐gelation with collagen affords hydrogel nano particles with controlled association with mammalian cells for diverse biomedical applications.
