Zusammenfassung:Outside Front Cover: Plasma‐activated water for sterilization and preservation of navel oranges after harvest are demonstrated. A bubbling array underwater plasma discharge device which was used to prepare PAW using different gases. O2 PAW was able to inhibit the mildewing activity of spores best and did not affect the surface color and inner quality of navel oranges. PAW will be an ideal choice for inactivating navel orange molds and keeping navel oranges fresh.
